This policy covers Cinesuite's Google and YouTube connection, operated by Shreyas Raut for the studio's own channels. It does not describe the separate Fun&Games Meta application.
Data accessed
- OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by Google after the operator consents.
- The connected YouTube channel's identity, video catalogue, video identifiers, metadata and publication status.
- Video files, titles, descriptions, thumbnails and publication settings that the operator supplies for upload or management.
The application requests youtube.upload, youtube.readonly and youtube.force-ssl scopes. Its current connection does not request the separate YouTube Analytics read-only scope. It does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive or the account's password.
Purpose and use
Google and YouTube data is used to connect the correct studio channel, read its catalogue, upload studio videos, and perform operator-authorized channel-management tasks. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising or used to train generalized artificial-intelligence models.
Cinesuite's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and sharing
The local YouTube integration stores its refresh token in a configuration file on the operator's computer and obtains short-lived access tokens from Google. Studio workflow files and records may also be held in studio-controlled cloud storage, including Microsoft Azure. Cloud hosting is not a sale of the data.
Google receives authorized API requests and video uploads. Data needed by a studio-hosted workflow may be processed by its hosting provider. Google tokens are not intentionally included in public pages or download links. Access is restricted to the operator and the systems needed to run the studio's workflows.
Retention and deletion
Refresh tokens are retained while the connection is needed. Disconnecting through Cinesuite removes its saved local refresh token. Revoking access at Google prevents future authorized requests but does not automatically erase previously downloaded records or videos already uploaded to YouTube.
To request deletion of stored Google or YouTube data, email shreyas412@gmail.com, identify the connected channel and describe the data concerned. Do not send passwords or tokens. The operator will remove the requested studio-held data after verifying the request. This does not delete the channel or published videos from YouTube; those are managed separately through YouTube.
Your controls
You can revoke Cinesuite's access at any time through Google Account connections. You can also manage your channel and videos directly in YouTube Studio.
Third-party terms and policy
